Agreement to Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions outlined below (collectively "Agreement") form a binding contract between you ("User" or "Customer") and Twinqo casino and sportsbook ("Twinqo Casino"). By accessing, using, or participating in any promotions offered by Twinqo Casino, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agrees to be bound by these terms.
Eligibility
The User must be at least 18 years of age (or such higher minimum age as required by the applicable law of their jurisdiction) to use the services provided by Twinqo Casino. The User certifies that he/she is of legal age to gamble in his/her country and province/state.
Account Registration and Management
The User must provide accurate, complete, and current information during account registration. Twinqo Casino reserves the right to request additional documentation or proof of identity from time to time as a condition to providing services to the User. The User acknowledges that they are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality and security of their login credentials.
Deposit/Withdrawal Terms
Deposits made using cryptocurrency shall be credited into the User's account immediately, subject to certain terms and conditions outlined in our "Deposit and Withdrawal Policy". Withdrawals may take several business days to process depending on payment method used. Twinqo Casino reserves the right to reverse any deposit or withdrawal for reasons including but not limited to suspicious activity, gaming irregularities, regulatory requirements, fraud, money laundering, and other applicable laws.
Bonuses and Promotions
The User acknowledges that bonuses and promotions are subject to change at any time without prior notice and may have specific terms and conditions (e.g., wagering requirements) which must be met before the bonus amount is considered earned or released for withdrawal. Twinqo Casino reserves the right to revoke, cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at its discretion.
Responsible Gaming
The User acknowledges that they are responsible for monitoring their own gaming habits and activity. The User can set limits on deposits, losses, wagering amounts, session duration, reality checks/session reminders via our "Responsible Gaming Tools" section in the platform's menu system or through contacting customer support to request self-exclusion from all marketing communications.
No-KYC (Know Your Customer) Policy
Twinqo Casino offers no-kyc options to allow users to play without verification of their identity, but this does not apply in jurisdictions where kyc is mandatory by law and in some promotional programs that require verification for withdrawal purposes.
Governing Law/Jurisdiction/Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Samoa (and Comoros) whose courts have jurisdiction over all disputes arising hereunder, which will be resolved through binding arbitration at the sole discretion of Twinqo Casino in accordance with its rules for commercial arbitration.
Limitation/Waiver of Liability/Damages
Twinqo Casino's total liability under this Agreement, or otherwise, shall not exceed the actual damages suffered by the User; provided however that if any jurisdiction does not allow the limitation on damages as set forth above, Twinqo Casino's maximum aggregate liability to the User and/or to third parties arising in connection with our services will be limited to one hundred (100) times the sum of all funds deposited or withdrawn during a 6-month period preceding such dispute. In no event shall Twinqo Casino, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for consequential damages including loss of profit, business revenue, personal injury or death arising from any breach or alleged breach by us.
Force Majeure/Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event that any act or failure to perform hereunder results in material economic hardship due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control (including war, insurrection, public order emergencies), Twinqo Casino may suspend or terminate services without liability for damages of any kind.
Entire Agreement and Amendments
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between parties hereto regarding its subject matter and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, commitments, warranties, guarantees, conditions or representations. Any changes to these Terms will be made only by posting a new version online.
Acceptance of Use Terms
Upon signing up for an account with Twinqo Casino you agree that you are aware of, accept, and will abide by the terms outlined above as amended from time-to-time without prior notice.
